Starfox 64 is very interesting to me. I remember the very first time I saw this game. I was seeing family from out of town around Christmas time, and they had the N64 pretty much right at launch. I remember thinking at the time how insane the game looked graphically, as well as being the first game I ever heard with any voice acting. Needless to say, 4-5 year old me was completely mind blown. I legitimately thought this was the best video games were ever going to get. I eventually did get my own copy and finished it for myself, loving every second of it (especially the boss fights). I never did get the true ending when I was younger, unfortunately. I didn't do that for the first time until the last time I played this game (back in 2024, the video is in the queue to be uploaded), and I gotta say the game holds up even to this day. The frame rate is a little sloppy on the original version, but I feel I, among many others, used the lower frame rate to our advantage to line up the perfect shot. This is my favorite game on the N64 (and it's not even close). It's definitely one I recommend anyone to play.
